Health & Safety Management
We will develop and implement a health and safety management system that embeds itself within your organisation but satisfies the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive’s guidance HSG65 – Successful Health and Safety Management. The management framework will be constructed around 5 distinct areas:
- Policy
- Organising
- Planning
- Measuring Performance
- Auditing and reviewing performance
The Association of British Insurers has stated that where external health and safety expertise is required only those registered with the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR) should be utilised. Insurers will be reluctant to accept the opinions of a consultant not on the register.

Care Quality Commission
The expertise within the company has been built up over many years with a combined experience of 40 years within healthcare, social care, as well as other sectors. This included managing the CQC registration process within a healthcare establishment, putting in place a framework to monitor compliance against the essential standards and preparing provider compliance assessments for CQC inspections.
We will develop and implement a framework that embeds itself within your organisation and provides assurance that the essential standards are being met.
